Ten Together – Upper Noe Block Party Wins 2019 NEN Award
The 11th Annual NEN Awards – February 6 at City Hall
It was a community effort and the whole community shares in the success. Come party with Upper Noe Neighbors in the City Hall Rotunda on Wednesday, February 6 from 6 – 8:30 pm. The event is free but your RSVP helps organizers make sure there is enough food and drink. Sharing the limelight will be our own Ingleside Station commander Capt. Jack Hart, who is this year’s Most Empowering City Employee of the Year. Congratulations Captain!
