Dear Friends,
Happy Thanksgiving!
I hope you are getting the most out of our amazing park and rec center. It was good to see so many of you at the Upper Noe Block Party 2022 in September. It feels great to be able to get out and play together again. As we are mindful of all of our blessings on this day, please consider supporting our park.
Friends of Upper Noe Recreation Center is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit group through the San Francisco Parks Alliance.

Note that the rec center is closed today and tomorrow. The park grounds remain open normal hours.
The December schedule that began on November 18 is light on classes but the rec center remains busy with free activities like A Place to Play (formly called free play), pickleball, Zumba, and an expanded open gym schedule. Beginning and novice volleyball players will welcome the addition of Drop-In Adult Volleyball for all levels on Fridays from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. See the full current schedule.
Winter Session Registration begins Dec 17. The class schedule resumes on January 3 with one new course, Shaolin Kung Fu for 13 to17 year olds on Fridays at 4:30 p.m., and the return of Petite Bakers on Thursdays at 10 a.m. for 3 to 5 year olds. Note that Open Gym will not be available on Saturdays during Winter Session as the gym is scheduled for Jr. Warriors games.
Promote park maintenance with 311. Many of you have expressed concern about the deteriorating playground surface. Do you want see faster fixes to equipment?
