Upper Noe Recreation Center is an invaluable resource for the neighborhood. Please help the Rec and Parks Department keep it safe and clean. The SF Park Patrol, Police and Rec and Parks staff cannot be everywhere at once, but these agencies can often respond if they get help spotting incidents. This is where members of the community can help.

Report broken equipment, unsafe conditions and maintenance issues to 311. Telling park staff is useful too but always follow up with a call to 311 to create a record in that system. That helps to track the problem and ensure that it gets the necessary attention.

Please report any vandalism, other crimes, or suspicious activity, including partying and trespass after hours.

Our neighborhood is in the jurisdiction of the SFPD Ingleside Station located at Balboa Park. Officers are happy to come by.
